American Heart Association Courses:
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
Payment / Refunds: Online payment is due in full at time of booking for individuals booking skills sessions. Refunds will be given for cancellations made more than 24 in advance.
Online payment of $15 must be made online to reserve your seat in any classroom style course. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of class in the form of cash, check/money order, or debit/credit card, or Venmo/Zelle/ApplePay. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, or "no-shows", will not receive their $15 back. Cancellations more than 24 hours* in advance will receive their $15 refund according to our refund policy below.
*Cancellations any time after the customer has received their eBook code via email will not be refunded.
